Job description

Specialty: Endocrinology Physician

Location: Savannah, Georgia

Schedule: Full-Time, 4.5 days/week (M-F, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM), No Evenings or Weekends Required

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Endocrinologist to join SouthCoast Health, a premier, physician-led multi-specialty group in beautiful Savannah, Georgia. Due to surging community demand, this position is open for an incoming provider to step into an established clinical engine alongside a solo practitioner. Joining this practice means inheriting an immediate, massive market share with the complete backing of a national healthcare organization.

  • Clinical Scope & Patient Panel: Step into a pure, full-scope outpatient endocrinology role with zero inpatient responsibilities. The incoming physician will inherit an incredibly robust, pre-established panel with appointments already booked out 6 months in advance, translating to an immediate daily volume of 2025+ patients.
  • Collaborative Practice Culture: Join an existing board-certified Endocrinologist within a comprehensive regional network of over 120 healthcare professionals across 20+ medical specialties. The culture emphasizes deep collaborative care, exceptional peer alignment, and clinical practices built strictly on evidence-based medicine.
  • Operational Infrastructure & Support: Benefit from superior operational efficiency as a proud member of Privia Medical Group, a powerhouse national network of over 4,100+ providers. Physicians leverage top-tier tech, extensive administrative relief, and advanced population health management programs that effortlessly align workflows with patient outcomes.
  • Work-Life Synergy: Enjoy true lifestyle-friendly practice dynamics with a standard Monday-through-Friday schedule and absolutely no evening or weekend hours. While formal call coverage is designated as a highly manageable 1:2 rotation, actual clinical call is described as very minimal, as local primary care physicians absorb the primary burden.
  • Financial Design & Long-Term Growth: Offers an exceptional financial foundation including a guaranteed starting base salary of $225,000 for the first two years, transitioning to a highly lucrative production model in year three with earning potentials reaching $350,000. The competitive package is enhanced by complete benefits, a $40,000 combined signing and relocation bonus package, and an accelerated, direct path to partnership with zero buy-in required.
About Savannah, Georgia:
  • Historic Urban Charm: Celebrated as the largest urban historic district in the nation, boasting manicured public parks, iconic horse-drawn carriages, elegant boutique shopping, and gorgeous antebellum architecture.
  • Coastal Recreation: A premier coastal escape separated from South Carolina by the scenic Savannah River, offering world-class outdoor recreation including elite boating, camping, and hunting.
  • Regional Connectivity: Positioned ideally southeast of Atlanta and north of Jacksonville, Florida, providing frictionless global connectivity located less than 15 miles from the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport.
  • Elite Educational Hub: Home to a stellar academic environment surrounded by top-performing school systems and sitting within close proximity to elite, world-class research.
