Job Description Security Analyst (6810) - Advanced Tallahassee, FL 10 Months Contract Description of Major Duties & Deliverables Client requires the services of one Security Analyst to work under the direction of Network and End User Support Supervisors to assist in configuring, maintaining and providing support for the Office 365 end user applications with an emphasis on security tools such as Intune, BitLocker, Purview, etc. The Security Analyst is expected to work with our staff to conduct research, policy creation, implementation of security tools and applications as well as supporting staff by transferring knowledge within these areas. The Security Analyst will also inventory, remediate installed software vulnerabilities and update software installed on end user devices.

Security Analyst responsibilities include: Enrolling and managing Windows, iOS, iPadOS, Android, and macOS devices into Office 365. Packaging and deploying Win32, line-of-business (LOB), and store apps in Intune to create new installs and update currently installed software packages. Setting up Windows Update for Business rings and feature updates.

Creating and deploying sensitivity labels to classify, restrict, and encrypt documents. Configuring trainable classifiers, exact data match (EDM), and sensitive information types. Understanding Microsoft 365 license tiers (E3, E5, Business Premium) to know what features are available.

Ability to evaluate features for secure implementation. Establish applicable security policies and best practices and baselines to onboard devices. Inventory, remediate installed software vulnerabilities and update software installed on end user devices.

Mandatory Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience; Minimum of 5 years of IT work experience with demonstrated knowledge in architecture design, software development, database management systems and systems integration in multi-platform environments. Extensive Experience with Office 365 applications for end users and end user devices with an emphasis on security tools and applications. Extensive experience desktop support of Microsoft products as well as software management used by end user devices.
