End-User Coordinator
Under the direction of and reporting to the Manager of Design Research, primary duties are to establish and maintain a research community of engaged users in key target cities across the country, and to assist with coordinating field visits and prototype validation. This position will involve a high level of collaboration with both internal co-workers and external users to enhance and streamline the Design Research end-user recruiting process.

  • Identify and schedule potential end users for targeted discovery and validation research. This will involve determining which jobsites and research participants are best suited to deliver on specific research project objectives, in collaboration with the Design Researcher(s).

  • Manage cadence of communication and jobsite visits to avoid burnout with key research participants and sites.

  • Regularly query CRM to analyze existing userbase based on project details and speak to its potential impact to the project recruitment plan.

  • Ensure the timely and detailed delivery of end user appointment information to the design researcher post-recruitment trips.

  • Coordinate with members of Milwaukee Tool Sales team when appropriate to schedule and plan regional site visits.

  • Participate in trade shows and other industry events to recruit new users and build key relationships.

  • Propose and implement creative approaches to maintaining a "community" feel to encourage participation and build an insider mindset with our users.

  • Keep stakeholders up to date on project recruitment progress, changes, and scope to drive clarity and smooth hand-offs of research appointments and information.

  • Recommend and implement appropriate incentive guidelines for site visits and user partnership based on research scenarios.

  • Identify and implement improvements to the CRM database to meet the needs of the Design Research team.

Required Skills
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities, with strong organization and follow through skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
