Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and availability of servers and infrastructure supporting enterprise EUC services.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventative maintenance for desktop, endpoint, and virtual desktop technologies.
  • Provide third-tier technical support and technical leadership for Customer Support and other EUC team members.
  • Design and implement solutions that strengthen system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Enhance system security through endpoint hardening, vulnerability remediation, configuration management, and security-focused engineering practices.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve technical documentation, standards, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
  • Diagnose complex infrastructure issues and design effective technical solutions to address business and operational needs.
  • Design, build, and maintain advanced automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.
  • Participate in the planning, architecture, design, implementation, and lifecycle management of EUC technologies and services.
  • Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and vendor solutions to support innovation and long-term roadmap development.
  • Evaluate, test, and recommend new products, tools, and processes that improve end-user computing capabilities and reliability.
  • Track work requests, operational activities, incidents, projects, and service improvements through the Bank's IT service management processes.
  • Communicate infrastructure updates, maintenance activities, technology changes, and project status to management, support teams, and end users as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Information Security, Infrastructure Services, and application teams to support strategic technology initiatives, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide technical mentoring, knowledge sharing, and guidance to engineers, administrators, and support staff across the IT organization.

What You Bring to the Team:

Our ideal candidate has extensive experience designing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise end-user computing environments and enjoys solving complex technical challenges while helping shape the future of workplace technology.

This role requires a combination of engineering expertise, infrastructure architecture, automation development, systems administration, and technical leadership, including:
