Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via secure virtual platforms, employing evidence-based practices to address a range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to create tailored treatment plans that encompass their unique needs and goals, facilitating holistic recovery and well-being.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental distress, developing strategies to ensure their safety and appropriate follow-up care.
  • Maintain precise and confidential client records in adherence with HIPAA regulations and other pertinent state and federal guidelines.
  • Engage with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights and helping to create a unified approach to treatment.
  • Keep abreast of the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health counseling to enhance therapeutic effectiveness and client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a mental health counselor at Aurora Insight, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals of varied backgrounds, ages, and mental health experiences. Qualifications

  • Proven experience providing effective counseling services to a variety of populations in individual, family, and group settings.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
