What You'll Do

  • Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
  • Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
  • Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response. 
  • Support staff development and performance management.
  • Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives. 
  • Drive continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

  • Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP license required.
  • BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role. 
  • Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
  • Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification preferred. 
  • Leadership experience preferred.
