Pay: $19.50 per hour, train on 1st shift @ $17.50 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 AM
Training schedule is 6am to 2pm Monday - Friday

About the Opportunity
Express Employment Professionals is partnering with an innovative printing company in the East Metro area seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join their team as an RFID Encoder / Light Machine Operator. If you're looking for a hands-on role with great growth potential in a clean, organized environment - this is it!
Key Responsibilities
  • Load rolls of labels from pallets onto rewind machines.
  • Feed rolls into printer/encoder machines (Zebra & CLS).
  • Track box counts and maintain accurate production records.
  • Conduct quality checks on printed labels, tags, and barcodes.
  • Operate 2-3 machines at a time, rotating roles as needed.
  • Support production by rewinding as required.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine or quality issues.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Computer literate with strong technical aptitude.
  • Comfortable with measurements, basic math, and reading a ruler.
  • Able to lift 25-35 lbs. up to 10 times per day.
  • Able to sit and stand throughout the shift (mostly seated).
  • Prior experience in machine operation, laser operation, or encoding preferred.
  • Must understand and communicate effectively in English.
