Job description

Hydroforce Cleaning & Restoration is seeking an experienced and motivated Mitigation Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing team.
This position is responsible for managing water, fire, and mold restoration projects from the initial inspection through mitigation completion. The Project Manager will be the first point of contact for the customer, develop the scope of work, prepare estimates, and oversee field crews throughout the project.
Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed inspections of residential and commercial water, fire, and mold losses
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the mitigation process
  • Determine the appropriate mitigation scope of work
  • Perform moisture inspections and identify affected building materials
  • Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate
  • Create detailed work orders and scopes for field crews
  • Coordinate manpower, equipment, and job requirements
  • Direct and oversee mitigation crews throughout the project
  • Monitor job progress and ensure work is completed according to scope
  • Maintain accurate photos, notes, moisture documentation, and job files
  • Communicate with property owners, insurance adjusters, agents, property managers, and other involved parties
  • Identify changes in scope and prepare supplements when necessary
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and within company standards
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the restoration process
Qualifications
  • Restoration industry experience required
  • Water mitigation experience required
  • Ability to independently inspect and scope property damage
  • Xactimate experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of structural drying and mitigation procedures
  • IICRC WRT certification preferred
  • Strong leadership and crew-management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • Valid driver's license
