Job Description:
The Technology Enablement Leader is a Manager-level, hands-on player-coach responsible for defining and executing Crowe's technology enablement strategy in alignment with the firm's broader digital, AI, and transformation priorities. The role sets direction and also personally develops and delivers the work products needed to turn that direction into measurable adoption and business impact.
This role owns both the direction and day-to-day delivery of the firmwide technology enablement program. The Technology Enablement Leader establishes priorities and roadmaps, designs adoption approaches, and works directly alongside team members and stakeholders to create workshops, communications, training materials, playbooks, launch plans, knowledge resources, and adoption reporting. The role must be comfortable moving quickly between strategic planning, stakeholder leadership, and detailed execution, including stepping into delivery when priorities shift or team capacity is limited.
Success in this role is demonstrated through a clear and actionable enablement strategy, high-quality deliverables produced on time, sustained adoption, increased user proficiency, active participation in enablement communities, actionable feedback to technology teams, and evidence that technology investments are improving business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Define and Execute Enablement Strategy: Own the development and execution of the firm's technology enablement strategy, establishing priorities, roadmaps, operating approaches, and initiatives aligned with digital, AI, and transformation objectives.
Own Hands-On Delivery: Personally create and complete critical enablement deliverables rather than solely directing, delegating, or reviewing the work of others. Deliverables may include strategy documents, roadmaps, workshop materials, communications, user guides, playbooks, launch plans, knowledge content, and adoption reports.
Lead Adoption Programs: Set the adoption approach and directly plan, build, and deliver programs for enterprise platforms and emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, Enterprise ChatGPT, other AI tools, automation, analytics, and self-service tools.
Connect Business and Technology: Gather business needs and user insights, translate them into enablement requirements, and provide structured feedback to technology and product roadmaps.
Facilitate Workshops and Communities: Personally design and lead workshops, demonstrations, office hours, learning Guilds, incubator groups, and community sessions, including creating agendas, presentation materials, exercises, facilitator guides, and follow-up actions.
Develop and Curate Content: Author, edit, and maintain training materials, user guides, knowledge hubs, playbooks, communications, and reusable enablement assets for non-technical audiences; ensure content remains current, practical, and ready for use.
Build Sustainable Capability: Upskill Business Unit Transformation teams, Learning Leads, and local champions so they can reinforce adoption, maintain relevant content, and support their teams.
Coordinate Launch Readiness: Build and execute launch and adoption plans in partnership with technology owners, Learning, Communications, Change Enablement, and vendor or solution teams, coordinating timing, messaging, training, support, and integration with business workflows.
Define Success Measures and Improve Outcomes: Establish measures and develop the dashboards, analyses, and reports needed to track adoption, engagement, proficiency, satisfaction, and value realization; use data and feedback to identify drop-off points and adjust strategy and programs.
Support Pilots and Tool Testing: Coordinate early testing of new tools and features, synthesize user feedback, identify enablement needs, and recommend actions before broader release.
Promote Responsible Technology Use: Embed awareness of technology risk, data protection, AI governance, and ethical use into enablement activities in partnership with subject matter experts.
Advise and Communicate: Produce strategic recommendations, executive-ready updates, decision materials, and outcome reporting for Technology leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, clearly connecting enablement priorities and adoption results to firm objectives.
Coach Team Members: Provide day-to-day direction, feedback, and development support to Senior Associates, project team members, and enablement contributors while working alongside them to complete deliverables, remove obstacles, and fill execution gaps as needed; escalate resource and career matters to senior leaders as appropriate.
Examples of Expected Deliverables
Enablement strategy, operating model, prioritized roadmap, and quarterly plans
Launch and adoption plans, stakeholder maps, communications, and readiness materials
Workshop agendas, presentation decks, demonstrations, exercises, and facilitator guides
Training materials, playbooks, user guides, FAQs, and knowledge hub content
Pilot plans, user feedback synthesis, recommendations, and follow-up actions
Adoption dashboards, progress reports, leadership updates, and outcome narratives
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, communications, organizational development, education, or a related field; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
5+ years of experience in technology enablement, digital adoption, organizational change management, learning, product enablement, or a related discipline within a complex organization.
2+ years owning strategy and leading technology adoption, change, training, or enablement workstreams for enterprise initiatives.
Track record of personally producing polished, audience-ready strategy, training, communications, workshop, knowledge, and reporting deliverables, not only overseeing or reviewing the work of others.
Ability and willingness to move fluidly between setting direction, facilitating decisions, managing stakeholders, and completing detailed execution work in a lean and fast-changing environment.
Demonstrated experience driving adoption of enterprise technology tools and using qualitative and quantitative measures to evaluate outcomes.
Strong facilitation, public speaking, written communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience developing training, communications, user guidance, or knowledge resources and facilitating workshops at scale.
Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with the ability to set direction, manage multiple priorities, resolve competing perspectives, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders in an ambiguous and fast-changing environment.
Working knowledge of current and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, enterprise platforms, collaboration tools, analytics, and automation.
Ability to interpret usage and engagement data, identify insights, and recommend practical next actions.
Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in public accounting, consulting, or another professional services environment.
Experience leading through periods of limited capacity, changing priorities, or accelerated delivery while maintaining quality and momentum.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or comparable generative AI platforms and related business use cases.
Experience establishing learning communities, Guilds, champions networks, incubator groups, or similar peer enablement models.
PROSCI certification or practical experience applying change management methodologies.
Background in adult learning, instructional design, developer relations, product enablement, or technology communications.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow Collaborative Work Management, MS Planner, or similar collaboration and project management tools.
