Job Description
The Sales Enablement Communications Specialist develops and executes integrated communication programs that inform, engage, and activate bankers and sales leaders around key business priorities. This role creates clear, compelling, and actionable messaging that helps business banking sales teams understand what matters, why it matters, and what actions to take. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, storyteller, and project manager who can translate complex information into concise, audience-focused communications across a variety of channels while using data and employee feedback to improve communication effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Communication Planning & Alignment
  • Develop internal communication plans that support business priorities, product launches, new initiatives, best practices, and sales team readiness.
  • Translate business objectives into clear communication approaches that define the right message, audience, channel, and timing.
  • Gather input from leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure communications are aligned, accurate, and ready for execution.

Content Development & Storytelling
  • Write and edit clear, actionable communications across channels, including newsletters, talking points, FAQs, videos, and sales support materials.
  • Translate complex concepts into audience-focused messaging that helps sales teams understand priorities and take action.
  • Develop compelling narratives, leader toolkits, and resources that reinforce business priorities and drive sales team engagement.
  • Ensure communications are accurate, engaging, and aligned with corporate brand standards, tone, and approval requirements.

Execution, Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, calendars, project plans, and tracking tools to support timely execution.
  • Monitor performance using engagement metrics, feedback, surveys, and other indicators.
  • Analyze results and recommend ways to improve communication effectiveness, employee engagement, reach, and impact.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically eight to 10 years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Experience developing and executing employee communications, sales enablement communications, or related communication programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex information simple, clear, and actionable.
  • Experience creating communications across multiple formats, such as sales resources, employee education, leader updates, presentations, or videos.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, approvals, and stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to tailor messages for different audiences and translate business priorities into clear employee-facing content.
  • High attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Collaborative, flexible, service-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Experience supporting communications for sales teams, frontline employees, product launches, change initiatives, or revenue-focused campaigns.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional partners, including business leaders, sales teams, marketing, training, risk, compliance, technology, and external suppliers.
  • Ability to use feedback, engagement results, or communication metrics to improve future campaigns and resources.

Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00
