Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Enablement Program Manager to help drive onboarding, training, content creation, and go-to-market readiness for a fast-growing services organization. In this remote contract role, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to build programs, improve resources, and support high-impact initiatives that help teams grow and perform at their best.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to design, launch, and improve enablement programs that support business priorities
  • Develop onboarding and training experiences for market managers, associates, and field teams
  • Create engaging learning materials such as eLearning content, guides, worksheets, and videos
  • Build and maintain playbooks, talking points, and host-facing resources to support account management and go-to-market efforts
  • Manage content strategy and keep documentation current in a content management platform
  • Collect feedback from central teams and field partners to refine enablement programs over time
  • Communicate program progress, priorities, and roadmap updates to stakeholders
  • Support product and communications workstreams to prepare teams for upcoming feature launches
  • Help drive adoption of AI-enabled coaching and practice tools to strengthen learning and engagement
Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in an enablement role
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish
  • Strong cross-functional partnership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear execution across multiple teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Experience onboarding team members and supporting ongoing learning and development
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proficiency with G Suite, Salesforce, Excel, Highspot, Adobe, Gong, AI LLMs, Articulate, Canva Pro, or Figma
Preferred Skills
  • Experience creating or curating content with strong design and technical sensibility
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, enablement best practices, and sales metrics
  • Experience supporting product launches or large-scale business initiatives
  • Background in organizations that balance scale with growth and agility
  • Experience with AI-powered enablement tools such as Gong, Zenarate, or Yoodli
