Job Title: Utility - Maintenance Helper Location: Bad Axe, MI Company Overview: Emterra Environmental USA Corp is a leading provider of recycling and waste disposal solutions. Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Utility - Maintenance Helper to join our team in Bad Axe, Michigan. Benefits and Compensation:
  • $16.86 hr.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair tire issues on a variety of waste management vehicles.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize vehicle downtime.
  • Perform tire rotations, alignments, and balancing as required.
  • Regularly monitor tire pressure and tread depth to maintain optimal performance.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during tasks.
  • Assist with general labor duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with tire maintenance equipment and tools.
  • Understanding of various tire types, sizes, and specifications.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Capability to sit, kneel, crouch, stoop, crawl, balance, hear, talk, and smell as required.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
