Snapshot of our Clinician role:

Our clinicians are responsible for administering minimally or non-invasive hands-on aesthetic procedures and patient care that is within the scope of their practice. Such as...

  • Conducts treatment consultations to identify patient goals and determine/recommend services and products to achieve those optimal results.
  • Reviews patient medical history for possible contraindications.
  • Reviews treatment protocols, administer treatment and charts appropriately.
  • Pre-dosing and preparation of injectables.
  • Serves as the MedSpa facility's medical representative in the community.
  • Phlebotomy, when applicable, for treatment.
  • Training of new hires as a part of the clinical orientation program and continuing education programs as determined by the Clinical Director
  • Telephone triage, suture removal, dressing changes, wound evaluation, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

In Office Treatments and Services are assigned individually by the Clinical Director and may or may not include all the services listed below.

  • Laser Hair Removal
  • BOTOX
  • Dermal Fillers
  • Photo Rejuvenation
  • Skin Tightening
  • Fractional Laser Resurfacing
  • Body Contouring with Emsculpt and Coolsculpting
  • Other treatments

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner/physician assistant program with a minimum of two years clinical experience.
  • Must have or be eligible for State Licensure, Certification or Registration, as applicable.
  • Advanced Practice Provider national certification.
  • CPR Certified.
  • Laser Safety Officer Certified.
  • Recommended to have minimum 1 year experience in aesthetic and/or medical dermatology.
