About Neem Medical Spa

Neem Medical Spa is a fast-growing, physician-led medical aesthetics and wellness practice dedicated to delivering results in a professional, welcoming, and patient-focused environment. We are passionate about helping people look and feel their best through advanced, comprehensive aesthetic and wellness services.

We are currently seeking an experienced, confident, and team-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong passion for aesthetics and natural-looking results to join our Lynnfield location.


Responsibilities

  • Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, etc.), dermal fillers, and biostimulators (Sculptra) with precision and a full facial-balancing approach

  • Develop treatment plans incorporating injectables, other aesthetic treatments and/or wellness services, customized to each individual client’s needs

  • Perform skin rejuvenation and body contouring treatments such as IPL, Laser, RF Microneedling, CoolSculpting, Emsculpt, etc.

  • Conduct thorough patient consultations and educate clients on procedures, expectations, and maintenance plans

  • Build trust and long-term relationships through exceptional patient care and communication

  • Recommend complementary aesthetic and wellness services when appropriate

  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow all clinical safety protocols

  • Collaborate with the team to support clinic growth and patient satisfaction


Qualifications

  • Active Massachusetts NP or PA license

  • Minimum 3 years of aesthetic injectable experience

  • Strong experience with:

    • Neurotoxins

    • Dermal fillers

    • Biostimulators

    • Cannula techniques

  • Experience with and knowledge of lasers or energy-based devices required

  • Excellent consultation and communication skills

  • Professional, personable, and patient-focused demeanor

  • Availability to work Saturdays

  • Passion for continued growth within the aesthetics industry
