You will be based in our Springfield, TN location. This shift will start at 5:00 am and end 1:45 pm depending on the production schedule.

Please be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.

Your main tasks:

  • Performs all duties on the assembly lines and/or operating a Powered Industrial Truck to provide plant wide support when needed.
  • Tests and repairs ranges. Trains new associates on job tasks and assists in follow-up of quality issues. Troubleshoots functional defects.
  • May backfill for associates who must repair workmanship errors. May back fill for absenteeism.

Qualifications:

  • Communicate clearly and concisely in English verbally and in writing.
  • Able to work directly with insulation.
  • Able to use air tools, hand tools necessary to perform position.
  • Able to stand for the majority of the shift.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must Achieve EMS Yellow Gear Certification within 30 days of hire and EMS Green Gear Certification within 12 months.
  • Interview required

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift packages 35 lbs. or less on a consistent basis
  • Should be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
  • Should be able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending
  • Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disability to perform the essentials functions of the job.
