July 11 (7a) - 13 (7a) OR July 20 (7a) - 22 (7a)

Sept 1 (7a) - 6 (7a) or Sept 8 (7a) - 13 (7a)

Any 7 day stretch in Oct

Ongoing dates will begin Jan 2026

Details:

24 hour call coverage - 7a-7a

7 shifts total between all locums per month

Setting: Outpatient, Call, Inpatient

Trauma Level III

Duties: EGD

EMR: EPIC

Support Staff: MA, RN, Echo Tech, Lab Tech, Nuclear Tech, X-ray Tech

Reason for Coverage: Gaps in coverage.

Submission Requirements:

Board Certified Gastroenterology โ€“ Required

Active UT license โ€“ Highly Preferred

Active BLS - Required for credentialing.

Gastro Fellowship - Required

Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked)

Candidates must detail which dates they can help cover through Oct 2025 - Required

Candidates must detail the # of shifts per month they can offer to the site Jan 2026, ongoing - Required

Candidates must acknowledge they understand call coverage is concurrently between HCJ and HCW - Required

Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required

Clean Malpractice - Highly Preferred, Candidates who present with a self inquiry NPDB report at time of name clear will be placed with higher priority over those that do not.
