 *This position is open to candidates located in the Pacific Time Zone with up to 25% travel 


About the Role

Nevada Heart & Vascular Center is seeking a highly organized and technology-focused athenaOne Application Systems Analyst to support and optimize our athenaOne electronic medical record platform.

This role will partner with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to improve workflows, maintain provider schedules and templates, support reporting initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and help maximize the organization's use of athenaOne capabilities.

What You'll Do

· Administer and optimize athenaOne workflows and configurations.

· Build and maintain provider templates and schedules.

· Support physicians and staff with system questions and troubleshooting.

· Create reports and analyze operational metrics.

· Assist with testing, upgrades, and new functionality.

· Train end users and develop educational materials.

· Collaborate with operational leaders to improve patient access and scheduling efficiency.

· Support interfaces, integrations, and workflow improvements.

Requirements:

Qualifications

· 3+ years of healthcare operations, EMR support, healthcare IT, or clinical systems experience.

· Experience with athenaOne preferred.

· Strong analytical and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Advanced computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications.

· Experience with healthcare scheduling, reporting, workflow analysis, or practice operations preferred.

· athenaOne experience required
