Chatterbox Speech and Language Clinic is a client-focused practice dedicated to helping children and adults improve their communication skills through personalized, evidence-based therapy. As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Input Assistant to support our administrative team.

Position Summary

The Data Input Assistant plays a key role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for clients and clinic operations. This position involves entering information into electronic systems, verifying data accuracy, and supporting the clinic's day-to-day administrative workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input client information, appointment details, and session notes into clinic databases or EMR systems

  • Update and maintain digital records, including intake forms, insurance details, and progress tracking

  • Cross-check data for errors or omissions and communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies

  • Assist in organizing and digitizing paper records as needed

  • Support the administrative team with clerical tasks related to data management

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times

  • Assist with basic reporting or data summaries as requested by supervisors

  • Collaborate with clinicians and front desk staff to ensure timely and accurate data entry

Qualifications

Required:
