  • Intangible Amortization - Recurring JE
  • Bank Interest (if any)
  • Bank Service Charge (Operating Acc) - VP
  • Prepaid (Direct and Indirect) - Draft
  • Sales and Use Taxes - Monthly Report and  GL Detail
  • Washington Filing - Pay Sales and Use Tax
  • Sweep entry - JE
  • Wells Fargo Loan Fee - VP
  • Revolver Interest - VP
  • Reconcile Bank Statements
  • Deposit of checks
  • Capital Equipment Leases - Recurring JE
  • Debt Issue Cost Amortization - Recurring JE
  • Fixed Assets/Depreciation Entry
  • Direct Depreciation reclass

    • Experience in Microsoft Excel

    Preferred:
