Job Description:

Our client is looking for an attorney to join their employment law team immediately. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience as an attorney and will manage a caseload of litigation and pre-litigation files under the supervision of a Senior Attorney.

Responsibilities:

· Draft complaints

· Propound and respond to discovery

· Draft and argue motions

· Take and defend depositions

· Assist with trial preparation

· Communicate with clients

· Supervise and direct legal support staff

· Perform other litigation-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

· 1-4 years of experience as an attorney

· Strong litigation skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
