Job description

Pony Bird - Employment Services division is seeking to hire a full-time Employment Services Case Manager at our Arnold location. We are a Not-For-Profit agency in Jefferson County that provides employment supports to individuals with disabilities. Employment Services Case Manager will have a caseload of individuals to oversee and work with team as clients receive supports for Job Placement and Job Retention Services.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Intake and planning meetings with clients.
  • Oversee, support, and provide documentation for clients as they are in job placement and job retention services.
  • Communication with support teams: Vocational Rehabilitation counselor, employers, families, teachers, etc.
  • Carry Supported Employment and Summer Work Experience caseloads as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field preferred.
  • valid driver's license with good driving record. Will use agency vehicle to transport clients when needed.
  • reliable to work independently without direct supervision, and work well with a team.
  • ability to communicate in an effective and clear manner, both oral and written form, including computer and typing skills for documentation.
  • Organization and time management skills.
