POSITION PROFILE
Current Global is looking for a Senior Associate a" Client Experience who is passionate about communications and committed to driving a broad range of awareness and reputation campaigns across a variety of clients. This Senior Associate must be a proactive team member who can leverage their background to support clients with breakthrough public relations and marketing campaigns, addressing key business imperatives. The Senior Associate will collaborate with multiple account teams to manage day-to-day work and serve as a key client contact to ensure flawless strategic execution of the client business objectives. The successful candidate will have excellent writing and communications skills and an ability to translate client needs into project plans. The candidate should have agency or related experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop initial client communications, key messaging and related materials, ensuring deliverables align with program strategies, quality standards and timelines.
- Leverage earned media expertise; conduct media relations outreach.
- Manage client expectations by building strong relationships, confidence and trust.
- Proactively support and suggest improvements and new ideas to exceed client expectations by leveraging industry knowledge and experience.
- Facilitate cross-functional team integration.
- Support agency development and assist with new business.
- Achieve financial acumen in the areas of budgeting, billing and staffing.
- Contribute to the career growth of junior team members, serving as mentor and role model.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience, preferably with some agency experience
- Strong decision-making and project management skills
- Ability to translate client needs into workable plans/projects
- Confident presenter and persuasive speaker
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and endlessly curious
- Minimum: Bacheloras Degree
Salary range: $66,300 USD - $70,000 USD
