Bilingual Employee Relations Partner (English/Spanish) - 3rd shift
This role can be located in one of the following locations: Troy, Ohio; Murray, Kentucky; or Fort Worth, Texas.

What You'll Do:
As an Employee Relations Partner, you will:
  • Serve as a trusted consultant to leaders on employee performance, conduct, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
  • Conduct thorough and objective investigations involving policy concerns, workplace conflicts, and allegations of misconduct.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders at all levels on employee relations best practices.
  • Partner with leaders to proactively identify and address employee relations trends and risks.
  • Support the development and delivery of performance improvement plans, corrective actions, and other performance management initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation related to employee relations matters.
  • Conduct exit interviews and share key insights to help improve retention and employee experience.
  • Review and process religious accommodation requests.
  • Assist leadership in responding to workplace emergencies, threats, and other sensitive employee situations.
  • Represent the company in unemployment claims as needed.

What You'll Bring:
We're looking for a collaborative HR professional who combines strong business judgment with empathy, integrity, and courage.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of human resources, employee relations, labor relations, or related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders through complex workplace situations.
  • Strong investigation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or related HR certification.
  • Experience supporting employee relations in a multi-site or manufacturing environment.
  • Oracle HRIS experience.
  • Bilingual/multilingual communication skills (for multilingual-designated roles).
