Job Summary:
As the Organizational Change Manager & HRIS Contractor, you will ultimately be responsible for leading organizational change management initiatives, supporting the implementation of the Dayforce HCM platform, and ensuring data integrity and business readiness throughout the project lifecycle. You will partner with cross-functional workstream leads to coordinate change management activities, training, communications, user acceptance testing, and data validation while delivering a successful enterprise HRIS implementation. As the Organizational Change Manager & HRIS Contractor, your customers are People Services, Payroll, IT, project stakeholders, managers, and employees, and you will make meaningful contributions to the company's success through effective change leadership, process optimization, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
  • Partner with IT and People Services teams to support the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of legacy employee data into the Dayforce HCM platform.
  • Execute comprehensive pre- and post-migration data validation activities, including system comparisons, spot checks, and parallel testing to ensure data accuracy.
  • Establish and execute audit controls, document data discrepancies, monitor remediation efforts, and ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and data governance standards.
  • Support the design and execution of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy to drive adoption of Dayforce Core HR and employee/manager self-service functionality.
  • Develop and execute communication plans, including stakeholder updates, leadership briefings, company-wide announcements, and launch communications.
  • Conduct stakeholder impact analyses and readiness assessments while implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Design and develop Training Playbooks, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), job aids, and multimedia learning resources for various user groups.
  • Partner with People Services and business leaders to document current-state and future-state HR business processes.
  • Facilitate training sessions, train-the-trainer workshops, and post-go-live hyper-care support.
  • Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies, coordinate testing activities, validate system functionality, and track issue resolution.
  • Additional responsibilities within functional scope based on business needs.

Required Qualifications:
Experience
  • Direct, hands-on experience participating in large-scale HRIS implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS modules including Onboarding, Core HCM, Performance, Compensation, and Succession.
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise data migrations, data validation, audit controls, and compliance activities.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing organizational change management initiatives.
  • Experience creating and delivering training programs and communications for large, geographically dispersed organizations.

Skills and Abilities
  • Demonstrated experience developing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, coordinating testing activities, validating system functionality, and tracking defects.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS implementation methodologies and enterprise project management practices.
  • Experience working within telecommunications, construction, utilities, engineering, or similar industries preferred.
  • Exceptional technical writing, documentation, business process mapping, and workflow development skills using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly communications and training materials.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three (3) or more years of experience serving as an HRIS Implementation Lead, Business Analyst, or Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant supporting enterprise SaaS HCM implementations.
  • Experience supporting Dayforce or comparable enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations.
  • Experience facilitating organizational change initiatives across multiple business functions and geographically dispersed workforces.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work onsite in Denver or Boulder, Colorado.
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, training sessions, and workshops both in person and virtually.
  • Occasional travel may be required to support project implementation activities.
