Job Title: Employee Experience Manager

Primary Goal: Manage the recruiting and retention of caregivers. Create a supportive, engaging, and high-performing work environment where employees feel valued and motivated.

Job Description:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and hold accountable administrative staff, and professional caregiver teams.
  • Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Oversee hiring and onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start.
  • Measure and analyze employee satisfaction through surveys, feedback, and performance data, identifying improvement areas.
  • Address employee concerns confidentially and empathetically.
  • Plan and organize events to boost morale, wellness, and team building.
  • Support career development by coordinating training, professional growth opportunities, and skill-building programs.
  • Conduct and document performance reviews
  • Communicate updates clearly and consistently to staff.
  • Report on program effectiveness and stay current with best practices in employee experience management.
  • Participate in after-hours, on call duties, fill in shifts, help with scheduling as necessary.
  • Flexibility: Be able to take on additional tasks as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • You must have a valid U.S work authorization.
  • Background working with aging adults, home care administration, or leading a team.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and well-versed in computer/software applications.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, a reliable and insured personal vehicle, and the ability to complete field visits.
  • Standard full-time hours with shared rotational participation in after-hours on-call emergency support for clients and caregivers.
  • Familiarity with HR processes.
