Job description

SWBC is seeking a talented individual to be responsible for assisting with employee engagement, building related events and expense reports and supporting administrative tasks.

In this role, you will have the ability to work directly with senior leaders and you will have a direct impact on employees connecting to the organization, increasing employee morale and engagement throughout the organization.

Essential duties include the following:

  • Responsible for building out employee engagement activities.
  • Develops calendar of events.
  • Assists with employee engagement events on site.
  • Administers employee recognition.
  • Celebrates employee work anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, and professional accomplishments.
  • Processes expense reports.
  • Helps with client site visits.
  • Assists with employee travel.
  • Orders and fully stock break room.

Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience administrative support or related experience.
  • Able to type at least 50 wpm accurately.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Proficient with on-line computer communication operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Able to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of individuals.
  • Ale to work under sometimes stressful conditions while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Able to lift 10-20 lbs. of files, marketing materials, manuals, or supply boxes.
  • Able to stoop, kneel, and/or sit for long periods of time.
  • Able to travel locally to attend and/or host scheduled or spontaneous sporting or other various events.
