Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver internal sustainability training programs and resources tailored to different lines of business.
  • Support sales and customer-facing teams with sustainability-related materials, FAQs, and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sustainability messaging with Oracle's offerings.
  • Design and execute employee engagement campaigns to build awareness of Oracle's sustainability goals and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of Oracle's voluntary sustainability reports and disclosures.
  • Develop and implement external sustainability communications strategies, supporting annual reports, disclosures, and Oracle's overall external narrative.
  • Create clear and impactful materials to communicate Oracle's sustainability progress and commitments to customers, partners, regulators, and public stakeholders.
  • Interface with customers, partners, and external communities on sustainability topics, demonstrating Oracle's net positive value and preempting potential concerns related to topics such as data center development.
  • Analyze sustainability-related data to identify inefficiencies, surface insights, and define relevant targets.
  • Support cross-functional sustainability initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Support or manage cross-company engagement and training programs to build awareness and drive adoption of sustainability best practices.
  • Interface as needed with customers and partners on key environmental topics, ensuring Oracle's programs meet or anticipate stakeholder expectations.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility roles with a focus on program management, marketing, and/or communications.
  • Strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills at all levels, including executive leadership. 
  • Comfort in ambiguity and learning unfamiliar domains to frame problems and drive execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience in employee engagement, change management, or internal communications.
  • Experience aligning sustainability initiatives with business strategy and customer needs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in data center operations and sustainability is a plus.
  • Experience using relevant enterprise sustainability software tools. 
  • Ability to lead organizational change and streamline complex processes in a dynamic business environment.
  • Understanding of major environmental data and reporting standards (e.g., ESRS/CSRD, CDP, GRI, GHGP, TCFD). 
  • Experience in sales enablement, business development, and customer success.
