The Business Development Manager also leads, coaches, and develops Business Relationship Managers, empowering them to achieve sales, service, and relationship-building goals while maintaining a strong focus on member experience. In addition, this role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives, support strategic projects, and evaluate performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
