40Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Program Manager for Hospice and Palliative Care in La Crosse, WI.This is an opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, community stakeholders, and leadership to identify and implement operational efficiencies within the Hospice and Palliative Care service line.What You'll Do
  • Provider analysis and oversight for programs
  • Develop financial forecasts and market research for new services
  • Monitor dashboard metrics and compliance requirements
  • Initiate and oversee quality improvement projects
