• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Support residents with toileting and continence care as needed

• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition

• Promote resident safety and follow care plans and facility policies

• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents

• Assist with meals, hydration, and light housekeeping as assigned
