• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of patients and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to assist patients in managing their mental health challenges effectively, ensuring the application of best practices in solution-based psychotherapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that patient information is updated and accessible as needed.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals, to coordinate holistic care for each patient.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families, empowering them to navigate their mental health journeys and healthcare options.

The LCSW will serve a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals navigating end-of-life issues and their families. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona.

• Previous experience in hospice care, palliative care, or related mental health fields.
