As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for new patients, developing personalized treatment plans based on data-driven practices.
• Utilizing various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Keeping meticulous and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health care providers to create and execute cohesive treatment strategies for our patients.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and professional development meetings, contributing to continuous improvement in the quality of care provided.
• Providing educational resources and emotional support for patients and their families, aiding them in navigating treatment options and community resources.
• Staying updated on the latest research and trends in the mental health field, implementing new findings into your practice to enhance treatment outcomes.

In this role, you will interact with a diverse population, including individuals with a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic stress. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.

• Advanced training in specialized therapeutic modalities or certifications (e.g., EMDR, trauma-informed care).
• Previous experience in community health or outpatient mental health clinics.
