Start with your own Mohs cases
Option to build Mohs referral base
Round out with General, Surgical, and  Cosmetics
Plenty of lasers
Plenty of patients on day one
Second location recently opened in an area of fast population growth
Clinics are 15 minutes apart
Plenty of space and abundant support staff
Need is four to 4.5 days per week
Utilize Emma 
No PA oversight
Fair base salary plus production based on experience and efficiency
