Lockheed Martin's Rotary and Mission Systems' C4ISR team is looking for a qualified technical leader to be the US based Engineering Program Manager for the EADGE-T Technical Refresh program. EADGE-T is modernizing its compute and infrastructure environment to pave the way for future enhancements enabling deployment of modular solutions and AI capabilities for the United Arab Emirates Integrated Air Missile Defense capability THE WORK In this important role, you will be: Engineering Program Manager executing a multi-disciplinary team providing technical refresh of existing operational center deployments enabling the C4ISR Product Line Technical lead for US based teams located in Colorado Springs, and Valley Forge PA Ensuring the right engineering rigor and processes are implemented and adhered to throughout the program lifecycle Leading the development of US based Engineering development and validation then shipping/deploying to the customer sites Leading the design, development, and code for the for insertion of the C4ISR Product Line Executing the scope required to conduct development, configuration, and testing and checkout of the system in the US and support transition of system to customer sites WHO WE ARE Do you want to be part of a company culture that empowers employees to think big, lead with a growth mindset, and make the impossible a reality.
