This position offers a flexible remote work setting conducive to maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess clients' needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support services, using evidence-based practices to address immediate and emergent client concerns.
  • Coordinate the disposition of clients to ensure appropriate levels of mental health care are being met, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Document and submit required statistical and clinical reports to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead group treatment sessions for clients in mental health observation units, fostering a supportive community atmosphere.
  • Engage in weekly clinical supervision with a Clinical Supervisor to reflect on cases and enhance professional development.
  • Participate in mental health and medical rounds, contributing to the holistic treatment of clients.
  • Attend and actively contribute to case conferences and collaborative treatment planning for clients undergoing mental health treatment.
  • Administer psychological testing when assigned, tailoring assessments to correlate with treatment objectives.
  • Supervise social work interns or student volunteers, providing mentorship and support in clinical settings.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population consists of diverse individuals coping with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is necessary for the position. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to obtain and maintain licensure in California.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a community health environment or with diverse client populations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of mental health treatments, assessments, and evidence-based practices.
  • Previous experience in crisis intervention and the ability to perform under pressure will be highly advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
