Emergency Room Registered Nurse
One of our clients in the region has tasked us with recruiting Emergency Department Nurses to join their expanding team. We are currently looking for an experienced and compassionate Emergency Department Nurse to join our team at a hospital near Chico. In this role, you will provide exceptional care to patients facing medical and traumatic emergencies, collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, and ensure that every patient receives the highest quality care.
Summary
  • Perform initial assessments, triage, and treatment of patients with medical and traumatic emergencies
  • Administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and provide patient education
  • Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to assess patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of California
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department or critical care setting
