Position Requirements

Description
CRNA (1099/IC) position at Emerge Ortho New Brunswick Surgery Center. In August of 2016, four of North Carolina's top orthopedic practices teamed up to provide the highest level of patient-centered orthopedic care. This alliance became Emerge Ortho, serving patients with 45 outpatient offices in 21 counties. From the mountains to the coast, Emerge Ortho is North Carolina's premier provider, recognized for offering world-class, comprehensive, and compassionate care. Emerge Ortho's Brunswick Medical Office building is conveniently located and is a comprehensive facility offering advanced orthopedic and spine care, Interventional pain management, diagnostic imaging and complete therapy services in one location. Emerge Ortho's also has highly trained specialists that provide the complete range of orthopedic care in our Brunswick Forest location. Our care team model means that we focus on giving everyone a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping them to deliver care excellence. Responsibilities
Case assignments: General Orthopedics, Joint Replacement (Hip, Knee and Shoulder), Sports Medicine, Hand and Upper Extremity, Foot and Ankle, Neck and Back and Interventional Pain Management.
Pre-anesthesia assessment
Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
Performance of clinical intervention as needed
Requirements
Current license as a registered professional nurse
Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
Must provide Articles of Incorporation for either an "S" Corp or "C" Corp
Must provide own malpractice insurance coverage for full State Limits

Hourly Rate: $185 per hour with guarantee
