We are looking for an expert HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our communities comfortable and running efficiently.

Your Role as an HVAC Maintenance Technician

You will be our go-to expert for all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your primary role will involve diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment across the property. While HVAC is your specialty, you will also apply your broad maintenance skills to plumbing, electrical, and other general repairs to ensure our community is kept in top condition. This position will be required to respond to after-hours on-call maintenance emergencies on a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • HVAC Expertise: Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on all HVAC systems, including replacing components and properly handling refrigerants.
  • General Maintenance: Perform skilled repairs in areas such as plumbing (unclogging drains, fixing leaks) and electrical systems (replacing fixtures, switches, and ballasts).
  • Resident Service: Respond to and complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Property Upkeep: Conduct routine inspections of buildings and mechanical equipment, making proactive repairs and preparing apartment units for new residents.
Qualifications

Required Certifications:

  • Valid HVAC Certification
  • EPA Universal Certification

Required Experience amp; Skills:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician.
  • A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
  • Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems and strong skills in general maintenance, including plumbing and electrical.
  • Physical ability to lift over 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
