Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an EMEA Partner Manager based in Netherlands.

As EMEA Partner Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the organization's regional footprint through strategic partnerships across AI, customer experience, cloud communications, and technology ecosystems. You will own the recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and growth of high-value partners, including AI providers, Global System Integrators, consultants, and service providers. The role combines strategic relationship management with commercial negotiations, business planning, and hands-on partner development. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, Legal, and Finance to turn partnerships into measurable business outcomes. Your work will accelerate partner time-to-value, strengthen market reach, and create new opportunities for revenue and innovation. This is a highly collaborative role in a global, inclusive environment at the forefront of AI-powered customer experience assurance.

Accountabilities
  • Recruit and onboard strategic partners: Identify, assess, and establish relationships with partners across AI, CCaaS, Global System Integrators, consultants, service providers, and related technology ecosystems.
  • Lead partner onboarding: Develop and execute structured onboarding programs covering business planning, enablement, training, operational readiness, and integration into sales, marketing, technical, and operational initiatives.
  • Manage partner relationships: Build trusted relationships at both executive and operational levels, acting as a primary point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle.
  • Develop joint business plans: Collaborate with partners to establish shared objectives, go-to-market strategies, growth plans, and measurable success metrics.
  • Drive partner performance and growth: Monitor engagement, performance, revenue contribution, and market influence while identifying opportunities to expand the impact and reach of strategic partnerships.
  • Lead commercial and contract management: Coordinate partner agreement negotiations with Legal, Finance, and executive stakeholders, managing commercial terms, compliance requirements, renewals, and governance.
  • Enable partners for success: Ensure partners have the tools, knowledge, training, resources, and support required to effectively represent and deliver the organization's solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, and other internal teams to align partner initiatives with business priorities.
  • Advocate for partner needs: Represent partner requirements internally and help translate market feedback into actionable business, product, and operational initiatives.
  • Monitor market and industry trends: Maintain strong awareness of developments across customer experience, AI, CCaaS, cloud communications, service providers, and system integrators.
  • Identify new opportunities: Proactively uncover emerging partnership opportunities that can support regional growth, innovation, and competitive differentiation.
  • Represent the organization externally: Participate in industry events, partner meetings, conferences, and other relevant market activities to strengthen relationships and expand the partner ecosystem.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in partner management, business development, channel sales, alliances, strategic partnerships, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience building, onboarding, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships, preferably within the Customer Experience (CX) industry.
  • Experience working with AI providers, CCaaS organizations, service providers, Global System Integrators (GSIs), consultants, or related technology partners.
  • Strong background in partner contracts, commercial negotiations, agreement management, compliance, and renewals.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute joint business plans, go-to-market strategies, enablement programs, and partner growth initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Experience, cloud communications, contact centers, SaaS, AI, or adjacent technology markets.
  • Excellent executive relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility across senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partner initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels, both internally and externally.
  • Strong business planning and execution capabilities, with a results-oriented approach to partner development.
  • Ability to represent an organization confidently at industry events, conferences, executive meetings, and partner engagements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Based in EMEA, with the ability to operate effectively across a geographically distributed partner ecosystem.
  • Ideally, experience working in cloud communications, contact center, CX technology, SaaS, or related environments.
  • Ideally, familiarity with AI platforms, cloud providers, CX technologies, channel ecosystems, and partner relationship management tools.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Flexible work options designed to support different working styles and individual needs.
  • Opportunity to work within a global, collaborative, and inclusive team.
  • Strong focus on employee well-being, professional growth, and continuous learning.
  • Recognition programs designed to celebrate contributions and achievements.
  • Opportunity to work at the forefront of AI, customer experience, and enterprise technology.
  • Exposure to leading global brands, strategic technology partners, and complex international ecosystems.
  • An environment that encourages curiosity, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Equal-opportunity workplace committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
