We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Embryologist to join our lab team at our Thousand Oaks, CA location. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in reproductive medicine while making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with daily embryology procedures, including preparation of media and lab equipment, egg retrieval, sperm preparation, IVF/ICSI procedures, embryo grading, and gamete and embryo freezing and thawing.
  • Monitor and document embryo development, maintaining aseptic technique and strict adherence to lab protocols and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate patient and laboratory data in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and prepare reports, spreadsheets, and lab logs for clinical and regulatory purposes.
  • Monitor and manage laboratory supplies and inventory, and participate in specimen ship-in and ship-out procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in reproductive physiology with a focus in embryology is a plus.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with rotating weekend and holiday coverage. Weekend coverage occurs every other weekend.
