RNK Distributing is an industry leader in quality Sewing, Quilting & Embroidery Products sold exclusively through independent retailers. We cater to the enthusiastic hobbyist looking to bring their imagination to life.

RNK Customer Support Representative must be a highly motivated, outgoing, and enthusiastic individual with an exceptional level of personal integrity. Successful candidates will have a willingness to develop product expertise and strong rapport with customer base. Individual must be goal oriented, self-confident, willing and able to work within a team.

RNK Customer Support Representative will work closely with Management. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing an exceptional level of customer service in the performance of role
    • Internal and external
  • Working toward attainment of weekly sales goals
  • Completing task list as assigned by Manager
  • Increasing familiarity with product lines/product line additions

Daily tasks include:

  • Contacting existing customers as assigned. Re:
    • Back-order list/upsell
      • Update spreadsheet
    • New product introductions
    • Quarterly promotion information
  • Answering customer calls/email
  • Update retailer contact information
  • Report to Management:
    • Reported product issues
    • Sales results
    • Key market information

Office Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
