Job description

Office and Operations Coordinator 

As the Office and Operations Coordinator  you will provide high level administrative support to the executive management and logistics teams. You will report directly to the CEO, President, President of Sales and Marketing and Chief Operating Officer.  Duties will include general office duties such as answering the main line, scheduling meetings, etc. Additionally, you will assist as needed on a variety of daily tasks in sales, marketing and accounting as well as pricing, sourcing, bids and creative projects. 


  • Work hours M-F 8:00am-5:00pm in office
  • Will perform front desk duties 
  • Job is mostly seated at a desk but will require some small projects on your feet and light lifting of boxes and maneuvering a two wheeler with 3-4 boxes weighing approximately 30 pounds each 


Daily Tasks and Duties:

At once projects assigned by Executive Management may arise in addition to the Tasks and Duties outlined below.
Reception duties

  1. Answer the main line, assist customers and direct them to the right person
  2. Greet walk in customers, vendors, potential new hires and manage the front reception area
  3. Manage customer pickups and deliveries including being present to verify package pickup with delivery service



General office duties

  1. Manage the showroom appearance and products under the supervision of the CEO and Marketing Director or other Executive Managers
  2. Keep the refrigerator and snacks stocked
  3. Make coffee and clean machine daily 



Data entry and special projects

  1. Salesforce data clean up 
  2. Assist the President with Royalty reports
  3. Manage the K-12 school preferred vendor list and fill out paperwork as requested
  4. Assist with promotional product pricing and asi presentations
  5. QuickBooks data reconciliation
  6. Create and print UPC barcodes
  7. Tag retail orders
  8. Perform inventory audits


TGI Internal Event

  1. Follow direction, deadlines, and priorities set by the Marketing team for all internal event-related tasks.
  2. Provide logistical support for internal company events as assigned by the Marketing team, including grocery ordering, catering coordination, rental pickups, decorations, and liquor orders.
  3. Assist with event setup, teardown, and day-of coordination to ensure timelines and details are executed as planned.

  2. Create customer online order links 
  3. Create customer invoices and packing slips
  4. Assist with fulfillment of online company store orders
