Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join a leading production company located in Pompano Beach, FL. This role is key to creating high-quality embroidered products and requires excellent attention to detail, steady hands, and a strong work ethic.

Please note: The first step in the hiring process is completing the application and onboarding process through our agency (5th HQ Staffing) before being assigned to the client’s facility.

Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-time


Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor embroidery machines to produce precise, high-quality designs.
  • Inspect products regularly to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime.
  • Follow established production guidelines for thread colors, design placement, and settings.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and meet daily goals.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or embroidery operations preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods during the shift.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Availability Requirement:
    • During the peak production period (November and December), no time off is permitted. Consistent attendance is required during these months.
