Position Overview

The Styling Support Specialist partners closely with the styling team to deliver an exceptional, luxury client experience by preparing merchandise, supporting appointments, and ensuring seamless floor execution. This role enhances stylist productivity through proactive outfit building, inventory coordination, and operational excellence, while maintaining elevated presentation standards both front- and back-of-house. The position is client-aware, and service driven, without primary commission ownership.


Core Responsibilities

  • Client and Styling Support
    • Run product during fittings (sizes, alternates, add-ons)
    • Help pre-pull merchandise for appointments (clienteles)
    • Prepare fitting rooms (steam, clear the room)
    • Assist with outfit building and accessory pairing
    • Help maintain floor presentation (replenish and merchandise)
  • Operational Responsibilities
    • Manage go-backs and re-stocking
    • Uphold steaming standards
    • Support inventory accuracy and stock room organization
    • Maintain BOH standards
    • Process returns
  • Experience Enhancement
    • Greet and transition clients to stylists
    • Package purchases beautifully
    • Coordinate embroidery or follow ups
    • Help stylists reset quickly between customers


Minimum Qualifications

  • Available to work a minimum of 20-25 hours/week, including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Retail or relevant customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Flexibility- willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation

Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $20-$27; classified as part-time non-exempt and eligible for overtime.
