Job Summary
The Technical Lead for Embedded OS plays a crucial role in managing technology across development projects. This position involves providing expert technical guidance, ensuring adherence to coding standards, and fostering team development. The Technical Lead will influence project outcomes by driving best practices, optimizing processes, and addressing technical challenges, thereby contributing significantly to the organization s goals in the embedded systems domain.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Embedded Os Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Mentor And Guide Team Members In Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities In Embedded Os, C, And C++, Thereby Improving Productivity And Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning.
3. Ensure Compliance With Processes In The Assigned Module And Actively Participate In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Potential Risks.
4. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Risks On The Project, Facilitating Timely Resolution Of Issues And Closure Of Escalations.
Skill Requirements
System Design and Modeling: Creating and simulating dynamic system models using MATLAB and Simulink, including designing control systems and modeling complex engineering processes.
Code Generation: Utilizing Simulink Coder and Embedded Coder to generate optimized code for embedded systems from Simulink models.

Proven experience in product testing and validation of control systems.
Strong hands-on experience with hardware and software components related to appliance control systems.
Working Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, or Python.
MATLAB and Simulink Proficiency: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with MATLAB and Simulink, including relevant toolboxes like Simulink Coder and Embedded Coder.
Embedded Systems Expertise: Strong knowledge of real-time embedded systems, microcontrollers.
Testing and Debugging Skills: Experience with testing methodologies, including hardware-in-the-loop testing and debugging techniques.
Expert in embedded C for Electromechanical devices (HVAC, Medical Device, Appliances, Automotive, Flow Control)
Preferred extensive experience in microcontroller-based systems Microchip, Atmel, ST, Renesas (or equivalent)
Experience with version control and release process, its various usages, and systems built around it such as Bitbucket/ GitHub / GitLab
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
