Job Title:IT Healthcare Consultant - Software Engineer - Project Lead
Location: Columbia, SC Fully onsite (5 days in office)
Position Type: C2C/W2
Interview Process: Video for initial interview. In-person or video may be used for secondary interview(s)

Years of Experience:07+ years
Duration of the Contract: 12 months
Candidate Location: Must be a SC resident or willing to relocate at own expense

Project Scope:
Seeking an experienced System Center Service Manager administrator to maintain the System Center infrastructure, manage incoming requests, develop workflows in Orchestrator, and work with the Cireson web portal. This is a staff augmentation role.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft System Center Service Manager, Orchestrator, and Cireson portal.
โ€ข Develop and maintain Orchestrator workflows and Service Manager request offerings.
โ€ข Work with business units to gather requirements and create service requests.
โ€ข Maintain, patch, and update System Center, Orchestrator, and Cireson environments.
โ€ข Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver solutions and reports.
โ€ข Act as SME/POC for Service Manager processes and provide recommendations for improvements.
โ€ข Some after-hours support may be required.
Technical Requirements:Microsoft System Center Service Manager - Administer, configure, customize, integrate, and manage requests, changes, and services.
Cireson Web Portal - Maintain, configure, patch, and administer; JavaScript administration preferred.
Windows Server Administration - Strong understanding of patching and server maintenance.
System Center Orchestrator - Develop workflows, templates, and automation (PowerShell & Orchestrator).
SQL Server - Basic understanding for supporting System Center suite.
Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID - User/group configuration and administration.
PowerShell - Maintain scripts for managing computers and endpoints.
Required Skills & Experience:
โ€ข 3+ years in MS System Center development/support.
โ€ข 3+ years of MS Azure administration.
โ€ข 5+ years of Windows Server administration.
โ€ข 3+ years working in IT methodology frameworks (ITIL, MITA).
Preferred Skills:
โ€ข Working knowledge of System Center Service Manager, Cireson, Orchestrator, JavaScript, PowerBI, SQL, HTML, XML, PowerShell, healthcare IT experience.
Education & Certifications:
  • Required: Bachelor's degree or 5 yearsrelated experience
