Sr. Embedded Software Engineer โ€“ Wireless Power

Job Summary
  • This is a position with the technical marketing and application engineering team. Responsible for the definition and development of embedded software for wireless power transfer solutions. Job duty includes the design, simulation, validation, and debug embedded software for wireless power transfer devices and systems.
Essential Functions
  • Work with AEs, hardware designers and field team to define software functions and features
  • Work with customers on software/firmware supports for existing products or deliver software/firmware for new products for wireless power conversion systems.
  • Provide application support and technical training for key customers and field application engineers
  • Provide tools for internal and field use.
Qualifications
  • MSEE or higher with 2+ years of related experience in industry;
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++ or equivalent programing tools;
  • Experienced with embedded software
  • Experience with hardware/software interaction
  • Experience with wireless power transfer;
  • Familiarity with power electronics converter.
  • Hands on experience with bench top testing and debug;
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills;
Education
  • MSEE or higher;
Location
  • San Jose, CA, Chandler, AZ, or Kirkland, WA

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in California is $150,000 - $200,000.
