Additionally, you will act as a trusted advisor to ensure successful adoption of features and capabilities and drive consumption growth.**### ****Key Responsibilities********Technical Engagement & Prototyping***** ****Onsite Technical Discovery:** Run discovery and workshops with business users, customer architects and development teams to identify new use cases, systems, data flows, and business bottlenecks.*** ****Design & Deliver POCs:** Own the end-to-end process of any Proof of Concept (POC) needed. This is a hands-on, configuration and coding role where you will build functional slices of the final solution using Apex, LWC, and Flow.*** ****Customer Education:** Ensure consistent awareness and education of Salesforce capabilities for the customer. Build confidence and credibility throughout IT and business teams.
