Job description

The eMarketing Production Coordinator is responsible for coordinating email and digital marketing projects to successful completion as well as increase departmental productivity by managing project workflow through multiple departments in a short period of time.

  • Works directly with the Manager, Digital and eMarketing Production to provide logistical support to marketing department
  • Fully understand scope, deliverables, resource needs, and timelines of each project
  • Provide oversight of routing for email and digital projects
  • Coordinate with the Manager, Digital and eMarketing Production and each department to manage action items and due dates against timelines
  • Ensure projects are completed successfully (in terms of time, content and quality)
  • Manage communication and tracking of lists between marketing team and other departments
  • Proof reads email and digital items to ensure consistency to brand standards and quality control
  • Administers event updates on corporate event website
  • Logs and assigns Marketing Support Request tickets to email and digital team
