LHH is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support project teams. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth office function, coordinating with field staff, managing vendors, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Support project managers with documentation, contracts, permits, and project files
  • Coordinate communication between the office, field teams, subcontractors, and clients
  • Maintain construction schedules, reports, and job tracking documentation
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, lien waivers, and vendor payments
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors
  • Maintain employee records, onboarding paperwork, and compliance documentation
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed
  • Support leadership with calendar management, meetings, and special projects
  • Ensure organized recordkeeping and adherence to company procedures
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Office Manager, Administrative Manager, Project Coordinator, or related experience
  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with accounting or ERP systems is a plus

Pay/Benefits:
  • $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience
